Think Outside of the Box: When Neurodiversity Meets HR brings together real life experience, clinical expertise and perspectives from the corporate world for an open conversation about neurodiversity at work.
Meet the panel
• Prince Louis of Luxembourg, drawing on his lived experience of dyslexia and his advocacy around neurodiversity and inclusion.
• Gabriella Bomba , HR and disability inclusion professional, combines her professional and academic background with her lived experience as a parent.
• Alain Massen , psychotherapist and former president of the national parents’ representation, offers a clinical as well as an educational and societal view.
• Joël Schmit, CEO of AutiHD and neurodivergent himself, combines lived experience with his work alongside organisations navigating neurodiversity in the workplace.
• Camelia Pavel , HR professional and founder of HR SHAKE, approaches the conversation from the workplace perspective, with a belief that sits at the heart of HR SHAKE: People should remain at the heart of work. She will also moderate the discussion.
We’ll explore what neurodiversity actually means. We will debunk some myths surrounding neurodivergent people at work.
