Loopino travels along the water – perhaps a river or seashore – observing the fishes swimming along and hoping to make new friends. Suddenly, he hears mysterious chanting and sees magical sparks dancing on the water’s surface. At first, he is a little frightened. But soon he meets the little guardian of the water. He teaches Loopino to respect and protect the water – and even to swim!
