Career & Purpose Lab: From Direction to Action
VISIT THE CAREER&PURPOSE LAB WEBPAGE
Are you at a career crossroads, considering a change or simply feeling that your professional direction needs more clarity?
The Career & Purpose Lab is a small-group career development programme for professionals navigating transition, change or important career questions.
Rather than starting with the CV, the programme starts with the person behind it.
Across four interactive sessions and a follow-up meeting, participants will reflect on where they are professionally, identify their strengths and transferable experience, strengthen confidence and professional positioning and turn insight into practical next steps.
The programme combines guided reflection, practical career tools, peer exchange and Luxembourg labour-market orientation in a supportive and highly interactive environment.

Who is it for?
The programme is particularly relevant for professionals navigating career transitions, internationally mobile professionals, expat spouses and partners, people returning to the workforce and anyone considering a change of role, sector or professional direction.
It is also suitable for people who have strong experience and qualifications but are unsure how to translate them into their next professional step.
What you can expect
By the end of the programme, participants should leave with greater clarity about their professional direction, a stronger understanding of their strengths and transferable experience, a clearer professional narrative, increased confidence, practical career tools and a realistic action plan.
The Career & Purpose Lab is intentionally kept small to allow meaningful discussion, personalised guidance, peer feedback and accountability.
Places are limited.
IMPORTANT: For this second Career & Purpose Lab cohort, we are using a contribution-based model.
We invite you to experience the full programme led by highly qualified trainers first and then support The LuxBuzz Academy ASBL based on the value and outcomes you have gained.
Your contribution will directly support the continued development of Career & Purpose Lab and help us make high-quality learning opportunities more sustainable and accessible.
