Souad Massi: Zagate

Oscillating between rage and tenderness, rock and folk, French and Arabic, with her guitar always slung over her shoulder, Souad Massi has established herself over the past twenty-five years as a singer-songwriter with a passion for freedom. Sensitive to the turmoil of a world in which she dreams of greater justice, she sings with unwavering commitment of the need to unite peoples and their sounds.
