After five years, Alcest return with Les Chants de L’Aurore, an album that continues to explore their unique musical world at the crossroads of black metal, shoegaze and atmospheric textures. Led by Neige, the French band draws on an intimate vision of light and harmony to create music that is both melancholic, immersive and deeply luminous. Their metal is not only about power: it opens a space where dreams, emotion and escape can take centre stage.

Hailing from Los Angeles, Agriculture bring a more abrasive and radically ecstatic approach to metal. Their new album The Spiritual Sound blends black metal, noise and spiritual music into an experience that demands your full attention. Drawing on Zen Buddhism, queer history, grief and collective experiences, their music moves between searing catharsis and moments of almost meditative devotion.
